Terms and Conditions
1) PSA reserves the right to cancel a class or product without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, PSA will make every attempt to contact paying customers for further disposition of customer funds. Our intent is to refund your money or resolve the cancellation to your satisfaction.
2) Customer cancellations for classes must be received 3 days (72 hours) prior to the events start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours but prior to the event are refunded at 50% of price paid. No shows, no notifications are not refundable.
